His out of this world stamina to fight several battles and come out unscathed. Where most people see difficulty, he sees plethoras of opportunity. His ability to discover roles that fits into each person's core competencies. Even a wooly brained Agbero has his own use in Asiwaju empire, Bluntness that is often misconstrued for arrogance, ability to build political empire where several leaders fail. His guts and the brio to shout down hecklers. His willingness to support women in politics and give them access, his vigour to pummel opposition leaders into a corner and show them he is defacto a superior figure. Most importantly, love or hate him, jagaban is a leader of leaders. Apart from IBB boys in history, the Asiwaju boys come close. Mind you, all these so called boys are leaders in their own domain.
