100 Reasons Why My Vote is for Bayo Adelabu Penkelemesi - Part 1

"If you can not trust what you see with the naked eyes, why should you trust what you see only through a microscope?" - Russell.

Oloye Bayo Adelabu is unrepeatable. He qualifies to be a polyglot. In fact, he is. No  exaggeration meant. I can view him clearly with my naked eyes and need no microscope to enlarge the resulting merits of his talents. Talent is but one half of art, applying it well makes it full. Oloye Bayo Adelabu engages his talents full blast and maximizes every moment. *Esse est percipi* (to be is to be perceived) says George Beckley,  I have a close up view of him, hence, I can recommend him, without any equivocation, for the number one seat in Oyo state. I don't just want to sell him like a pig in a poke, I have one hundred reasons why I tip him to be the next governor of our dear state. I will break this piece into four series for clarity and smooth reading purpose to repay study.

1. The clear vision. He is imbued with vision and the ability to build a consensus to achieve that vision. His vision is to propel Oyo state to grow with the world. That's the idea behind his Next level campaign monica.

2. He is not a relativist. He does not flow with the tide. He base his decision on his mind compass. He lives life on his own term. Never a  pawn in anyone's chessboard.

3. A fast thinker with ability to analyse all knowledge.

4. He can withstand all weather. He has a staying power that is beyond a lazy man's  imagination.

5. He is a leader with Foresight - Ability to recognize problems and fix them. Check his records in First Bank.

6. He has a bullet proof confidence, sees possibilities in all difficulties and never sees any problem as insurmountable.

7. He is Frank to a fault. He speaks to people's mind, rather than tailoring his rhetoric to their mood. He doesn't make emotions soar and burn with empty hope. If it's not within his reach, he doesn't overreach himself.

8. He is a stickler to the truth. He calls a spade it's name, not just a farm tool.

9. Has ability to transfer skills. He accentuated this in his tenure in CBN.

10. He has the nous to convince people of the soundness of his philosophy without any air of arrogance.

11. A wise prince himself, who doesn't fall for unsound argument.

12. If the ultimate measuring rod for a leader is COMPETENCE, then, Adebayo Adelabu is the best bet for Oyo state.

13. Without gainsaying, he possesses a get-up and go ability that modern day governance system requires.

14. He always pursue the supreme good for all with a burning desire for promotion of true happiness and welfare of the society.

15. He emotes limitless enthusiastic attitude that draws him to his followers at all time.

16. His target is the development of human resources, institutions and the society.

17. He shares Plato's view that politics is an art whose business is to care for the society. He is not a generous leader, he is a caring one.

18. He is in politics  to increase sustainable development effectiveness of the state.

19. He is an action taker: quick at identifying gaps always planning effectively and has capacity to manage resources reasonably.

20. Supreme Good. He holds the belief that true happiness lies not in material possession but in impacting positively other people. His words - "riches can not eliminate needs, it only creates
new demands, true satisfaction is derived only when others benefit from your wealth". This is the end of the supreme good which every leader tend.

21. A supervisor, not a Superman. A true team builder with uncanny team spirit. His dictum is 'together we can make things possible'.

22. His greatness lies in his will and power. His triangular magic formular for success is think big, dream bigger, work harder.

23. A goal getter who keeps his eyes on the ball. He is not someone that can be snookered nor distracted by things of little worth. He leads the pack because he is not only open to change but to the new paradyms.

25. Oloye Adelabu Adebayo Adekola so much believes in gender parity and equal opportunity for women. He once said enpassant that "if there is a commission for  equal opportunity for women in London, why can't we increase visibility of women in our own governnance system?

Ps.
