The Viral Dress that has got everyone confused, here is the real story!

Two women are behind the viral dress that has everyone confused . Here's what they told us.

The picture was initially posted on Tumblr by a 21-year-old singer named Caitlin McNeill who lives on the tiny Scottish Island of Colonsay.

McNeill explained that the picture was a dress worn to her friends' wedding. In the photo some people see the dress as white and gold while others see it as blue and black .

The dress was worn by the bride's mother. McNeill and her friends first realized there was something different about the dress when the mother sent her daughter the now- famous photo.

"What happened was two of my close friends were actually getting married and the mother of the bride took a photo of the dress to send to her daughter," McNeill explained.

"When my friend showed the dress to her fiancee, they disagreed on the color." The bride then posted the picture on Facebook and her friends continued to debate the color of the dress.

"All of our friends disagreed," McNeill said. After seeing the Facebook thread, McNeill decided to share the picture on a fan page she has on Tumblr dedicated to a woman named Sarah Weichel. That's where the dress went viral.

Weichel is a talent manager who represents several YouTubers including Hannah Hart. Weichel told Business Insider her phone began blowing up on Thursday after McNeill's post started going viral.

"The crazy thing is, I actually have nothing to do with the post. It's literally just a fan account of me, so my name and my photos are all over the account," Weichel said. "I actually don't have anything to do with it. ... But I have been getting a ton of phone calls and emails tonight."

The situation was even weirder for Weighed because her client, Hart, was just announced as the star of a new television series on Thursday. "Between that announcement and the dress thing my phone has been going crazy with congratulations and 'What the hell is happening?'" Weichel said.

For Weichel, there's no question about what color the dress is. "Black and blue of course!" she said. Weichel put Business Insider in touch with McNeill who said one of the oddest parts of the experience has been watching celebrities share her picture.

"I thought my followers on Tumblr would maybe have a good reaction, but I never would have considered that Taylor Swift and Mindy Kaling would be tweeting about it," McNeill said. Out of all the celebrities who became interested in her post, McNeill would like to meet Swift.

"Oh my god," she said when we asked about Swift. "That would be something." McNeill plays guitar and sings in a band named Canach that plays what she described as "traditional Scottish folky music." Her band played at the wedding. She actually saw the dress and told us definitively what color it really is.

"I got to the wedding and the mother was wearing the dress," McNeill said. "Obviously it was blue and black."

Wole Soyinka: GMB the most brutal dictator after Abacha

Wole Soyinka, a professor and Nobel Laureate, has described Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the most brutal face of military dictatorship after Sani Abacha.

The revered professor, who spoke to the BBC, suggested that Nigerians are in a serious dilemma with lack of alternative.

When asked about his comments about the general as a brutal devil, Soyinka said he did not exactly call him the devil, but a brutal dictator.

“I didn’t exactly call him a devil, but of course I talked about dinning with the devil with a very long spoon, but he (Buhari), I didn’t even want to dine with him at all,” he said.

“After Abacha, he represented the most brutal face of military dictatorship, there’s no question at all about that. “I’ve got to the point whereby I look at the possibility of a genuine internal transformation with some individuals. I have been disappointed before, and we must always be ready to be disappointed again.”

Speaking about deepening democracy in Nigeria, the 80-year-old said: “There are many, many actions, especially by the government in power which I won’t say are exactly democratic. Let’s have a fair war, it’s not yet deep enough.”

He went on to speak about the abducted Chibok girls, branding insurgency in the north-east a failure of leadership by Jonathan and his predecessors.

“What happened was a clear failure in leadership. One cannot hold the government solely; the responsibility spreads, because the Boko Haram thing began in various ways a long time ago.

“There was a time when they announced the Islamisation of Nigeria; they should have been stamped upon by the constitution, using the constitution as a weapon.

“While definitely, the responsibility of what is going on rests with Jonathan, the bigger problem began with previous governments.”

On the options before Nigeria in the coming presidential elections, the erudite scholar urged Nigerians to be prepared to go back to the trenches if the wrong choice is made.

“Basically, for me, anything which so smells of soliciting permanent incumbency or littling the options is not palatable.

But you know, the environment changes, the circumstances change and then even the worst military can become demobilised, self-internally demobilised if you like.

“All I know is that if a wrong choice is made, we must all be prepared, we should start preparing to go back to the trenches, whatever it takes.

“Let’s put it this way: the way you fight a civilian misrule is different from the way you deal with people like Sanni Abacha.

“So I’m saying Nigerians should be prepared to deal with any new betrayals by any ruler with the same kind of passion, commitment and understanding of a lack of alternative as they did with Sani Abacha, because we cannot continue this cycle of repetitious evil and irresponsibility.”

Why mosquitoes cannot cause HIV/AIDS

Probably the most commonly asked question about AIDS is whether the virus spreads through mosquitoes other blood sucking insects and the fear that brought up this question is justified as today, available statistics have shown that estimated 1.6 million people die of HIV and AIDS.

Fortunately, the answer is no. However, because so much have already been written about this subject, it is worth looking at the question in some detail. In theory, there are two ways in which a mosquito or other insects could transmit HIV, the virus that causes AIDS; biologically or mechanically.

Malaria is biologically transmitted when the parasite enters the mosquito, thrives and then makes its way into the insect’s salivary glands, from which it is injected into another person. This sequence of event is unlikely for HIV because the virus appears to replicate in a narrow of mammalian cells.

The second hypothesis is mechanical transmission, with the virus spreading on the insect’s mouth part which might become contaminated, with the blood containing HIV. If a mosquito bit a person infected with the virus and was then disturbed, so that it interrupted its feeding, the insect will then fly off to bite another person. According to this theory, the insect would then operate like a very tiny contaminated needle. The evidence against mechanical transmission comes from several sources.

First, the age and sex distribution of people infected with HIV in Africa is typically of a sexually transmitted disease. If insects spread HIV, there should be just as much, possibly more, infections among young children and older people between 20 and 40 years old. Thus for example, malaria is common among infants and young children in these areas. Several studies among families of AIDS patients in Africa show that people who live in the same household as AIDS patients don’t usually have the virus. The only exception to this was if they were the sexual partner (spouse) or child of the AIDS patient.

Thus in Africa, as in US and Europe, researchers have not found that the virus spread among people living together, except for sexual partners and transmission between mothers and children. If mosquitoes, bedbugs, lice or other insects living in a crowded African house could spread the virus, we could have expected to find more infected people in the households of AIDS patients.

Another reason why transmission by insects is unlikely is the tiny amount of blood on an insect’s mouth parts, together with the small quantity of the HIV that seems to be present in the blood of infected persons. Also, HIV circulates in the blood at lower levels than malaria and other insect-borne diseases.

The mosquito does not take enough units of HIV from the infected person to initiate an infection. Even if it’s possible for the mosquito to inject HIV into the uninfected person, the person would have been bitten by 10 million mosquitoes who had been previously been feeding on an HIV positive host in order to receive one unit of HIV. Why mosquitoes cannot transmit HIV.

Also, mosquitoes’ mouth parts do not operate like a hypodermic needle. The tube which injects the host with saliva is separate from the canal which the mosquito uses to suck blood from the same host. Therefore blood only flows into the mosquito and only saliva is injected; blood is not flushed out of the same canal.

Finally, Insect-borne diseases like Encephalitis and malaria are spread because they multiply within the mosquito, these diseases then move into the insect’s salivary glands and are injected into the host with the saliva. If a mosquito feeds on an HIV-positive person, the virus cannot survive and replicate within the mosquito’s gut as HIV requires specialist cells found only in humans in order to multiply.

All these evidences lead to conclude that the virus is transmitted everywhere in the world in the same basic ways (sex, blood, mother-to-child), and never through mosquito bites.

Why Obasanjo attacks Jonathan by Fani-Kayode

A former Minister of Aviation and spokesperson of President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has stated that former President Olusegun Obasanjo has intensified his attacks on president Goodluck Jonathan because he has strong fears that Mr. Jonathan will win next month’s presidential election.
Mr. Fani-Kayode made the assertion Sunday at a press conference in Abuja. Mr. Obasanjo had on Saturday accused Mr. Jonathan of working towards a controversial poll and possibly, exit from office, the same way former Ivorian president, Laurent Gbagbo, did in his country.

In his earlier reaction, the president accused Mr. Obasanjo of harbouring an ambition of heading an interim government after instigating a constitutional crisis in the country Speaking on Saturday, Mr. Fani-Kayode, who was also a spokesperson to Mr. Obasanjo while the latter was in office, said Mr. Obasanjo’s allegations are “serious and grave”.

He described the comments made by the former president as reckless. “He has raised issues and made assertions that are capable of derailing our democracy and creating chaos in the land.

It is vital that we consider his motives for this latest outburst and his credentials as a leader and an elder statesman. “The truth is that he knows that President Goodluck Jonathan will win next month’s presidential election and that is why he wants to destroy the credibility of the whole process right from the outset,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said. He said what Mr. Obasanjo was trying to say in his latest comments was that if President Jonathan wins, then the election must have been rigged right from the outset. “This is not only wrong but it is also unfair and uncharitable.

If President Obasanjo has any evidence to prove his weighty allegations, he ought to present it before the Council of State and take it up there,” he said. Mr. Fani-Kayode also said that this is not the first time that INEC has postponed elections in Nigeria. He said that in 2011 during the National Assembly elections INEC not only cancelled the elections just after they started but it also postponed them by two weeks. “The heavens did not fall then and neither did President Obasanjo accuse INEC or the president of having any grand plan to stay in power by hook or by crook at that time. One wonders what has suddenly changed.”

The INEC Chairman, Attahiru Jega, had last week announced the postponement of general elections by six weeks, citing security report from the country’s armed forces. Mr. Fani-Kayode said what INEC has done by postponing the elections is firmly within the confines of the law and they have probably saved thousands of lives by doing so. He added that by the shift, INEC has given the 34 per cent of Nigerians that had not collected their PVC’s as at the relevant time the opportunity to do so. He argued that without this postponement all those people would have been disenfranchised and it would have placed a dark cloud over the whole process. “Why should President Obasanjo have a problem with that?” he asked.

The spokesperson added that Mr. Jonathan has re-affirmed his commitment to the democratic process over and over again and he has also said that the handover date of May 29th is sacrosanct. “In view of these assurances, one wonders why President Obasanjo is creating such a hue and cry over nothing. What is he seeing that no one else can see? One wonders what his motives are.

Does he have to rule every government by proxy? Must every leader take instructions from him? Is it a case of ”if I cannot control you and tell you what to do then you must go?” Jonathan ousted Gbagbo Reacting to the “Gbagbo treatment” claim by Mr. Obasanjo, Mr. Fani-Kayode said Mr. Jonathan was the one who forced Laurent Gbagbo out of office when he tried to muzzle an over stay.

“President Obasanjo spoke about President Laurent Gbagbo and he claimed that President Jonathan was attempting to do a Gbagbo in Nigeria. The question that must be put to him is this: ”who got Gbagbo out?” Was it not Jonathan’s government that played a key role in ensuring that democracy was fully established in the Ivory Coast and did he not play a key role in ensuring that the Gbagbo plan to ”stay in power forever plan” did not work?

“If anyone doubts this they should ask President Alhassan Outtara of Cote D’Ivoire the role that Mr. Jonathan and Nigeria played in helping to restore democracy and stability back to his country,” he said. Mr. Fani-Kayode also accused Mr. Obasanjo of working for the former Ivory Coast leader during the country’s constitutional crisis.

He said efforts should be made to “find out the role that President Obasanjo played in attempting to keep President Laurent Gbagbo in power at all costs and the deep friendship that exists between the two men. “It is a matter of fact and public record that when he was President of Nigeria, President Obasanjo, perhaps more than any other African Head of State with the exception of President Jacob Zuma of South Africa, propped up and supported President Gbagbo and it is an irony of fate and history that he is now condemning the actions of his old friend and accusing others of trying to emulate them,” he said.

Mr. Fani-Kayode said it is ironic that Mr. Obasanjo has accused Mr. Jonathan of having a grand plan to stay in power at all costs and by all means yet it is the same Obasanjo that tried to stay in power for a third term even though the Nigerian constitution specifically forbade it. “He tried all he could to change the constitution but the whole thing failed and he was compelled to leave power,” he said.

He said after Mr. Jonathan came to power, Mr. Obasanjo not only tried to control and teleguide him but he also asked him to do a number of things that were simply wrong and unacceptable. He, however, said it is for Mr. Jonathan himself to divulge those things adding “I am sure that he will do so at the appropriate time”.

“President Jonathan refused to be teleguided and told what to do even though at all times he showed Obasanjo maximum respect and accorded him all the privileges, access and courtesies that is due to a former head of state and a father and mentor. “This continued to be the case even after Obasanjo consistently attempted to undermine his government and ridicule his efforts.

“Yet President Obasanjo could not be appeased and was not satisfied. As far as he was concerned, he must either control Jonathan or Jonathan had to go. That is why he decided to secretly support the APC and became their ”navigator in chief”. “He was determined to pull the whole house down rather than allow Jonathan to return to power. This is simply because he believes that if he cannot control someone that person must be destroyed. “Control and domination is an obsession for Obasanjo.

That is the bottom line. He is prepared to put even the devil in power provided he can control him. That is why he is so determined to stop Jonathan and put in place an Interim Government, which he, or one of his surrogates, will head. That is his plan and he is determined to achieve it no matter what it takes,” the campaign spokesperson said.

What Obasanjo wants Mr. Fani-Kayode also accused the former president of not being a democrat but a power monger. “Obasanjo does not want genuine democracy. He only pretends to want it. What he wants is control and a stooge in power. It does not matter what type of government it is as long as he controls it and his puppet heads it. It can be a military government, a civilian one, a democratic one, an interim government or a government of national unity. “To Obasanjo it does not matter as long as he can control it. That is his objective. That is why he hates Jonathan so much and that is why he wishes to stop him at all costs,” he said.

Fani-Kayode attacks Obasanjo for accusing Jonathan of "Gbagbo treatment plot

Fani-Kayode attacks Obasanjo for accusing Jonathan of “Gbagbo treatment” plot

Femi Fani-KayodeThe spokesperson for President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign, Femi Fani-Kayode, has come down hard on former President Olusegun Obasanjo over his comments that Mr. Jonathan is planning a “Gbagbo treatment” for Nigeria.
Mr. Obasanjo, said Mr. Jonathan may be working towards a controversial poll and possibly exit from office the same way former Ivorian president, Laurent Gbagbo, did in his country.
The former President advised Mr. Jonathan not to destroy his name for selfish reasons.
In a swift reaction, Mr. Fani-Kayode who also served as minister and spokesperson for Mr. Obasanjo’s administration took strong exception to Mr. Obasanjo’s remarks.
"We reject President Obasanjo’s very serious and grave allegations and we are not in the least bit disturbed by them because we know that they have no basis in truth, rationality or reason,” Mr. Fani-Kayode said.
"The days of anyone attempting to rule by proxy or through surrogates are long over because we have all come of age. President Jonathan is ready for this election and the PDP will win it hands down despite all the lies and propaganda that is being peddled by the opposition and their new found friends. That is the bitter truth and those that do not like it should learn to live with it.”

full text of his statement below
Subject: Response to Obasanjo by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, Director of Media and Publicity, PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation.
It is sad and unfortunate that President Olusegun Obasanjo, a father of the nation and a man that we all revere and have immense respect for, could have misread the situation so badly.
It is simply not true that President Goodluck Jonathan wishes to remain in power at all costs and the suggestion that he has a hidden agenda or that he somehow imposed his will on INEC by getting them to postpone the elections is baseless and absurd.
The security chiefs made their recommendations and there were numerous other challenges that INEC had which caused them to postpone the elections for six weeks. This was INEC’s decision and not Jonathan’s.
The reasons for that postponement were profound and legitimate and we have made it clear all along that whether the election was on the 14th February or any other day President Jonathan is more than ready.
President Goodluck Jonathan has also made it clear that no matter what happens, the handover date of 29 May will stand after the elections have been fought and won. What more does President Obasanjo want to hear?
It is most uncharitable and unfair for him to suggest that President Jonathan wishes to remain in power by hook or by crook because that is not the nature of Jonathan. It is even worse for him to compare him to President Laurent Gbagbo.
To Jonathan, politics is not a matter of do or die and President Obasanjo knows this more than anyone else. We will respond to President Obasanjo in full at the appropriate time but the truth is that we will not allow him or anyone else to distract us from the task that lies ahead.
We have an election to fight and to win and that remains our primary focus. We reject President Obasanjo’s very serious and grave allegations and we are not in the least bit disturbed by them because we know that they have no basis in truth, rationality or reason.
The days of anyone attempting to rule by proxy or through surrogates are long over because we have all come of age. President Jonathan is ready for this election and the PDP will win it hands down despite all the lies and propaganda that is being peddled by the opposition and their new found friends. That is the bitter truth and those that do not like it should learn to live with it.

Nigerians And The Coming Election

The popular discussion for this period in Nigerian politics has basically been the economy and the election of the country. The election will definitely go down as the most keenly contested in Nigerian history. Different parties have employed different gimmicks and tactics to winning the election. Pardon me to add that a lot of unwarranted propaganda has been invented, cooked to spice up the political battle between these two party giants called PDP and APC.

Critical assessment, calculation and review will reveal the brilliant masterpiece of a plan by the opposition party in standing neck to neck with the ruling party PDP. In fact the opposition is waxing stronger by the day and it has not been as a result nothing but hardworking with careful planning, organization, proper and improper conduct nutmegged by actions and allegation powered with disdain and contempt against the power party.

One major strength of the opposition party to combat against the PDP has been the media. Quick and effective dessimination of information to the public. You might think that is a simple and wonderful plan but it just does not end there until you figure out the type of information. The information released must be the one's that boldly blemishes, taints and finally destroys the reputation of the ruling party. You might say playing dirty but I would term it mind games and it's an unfair scheme because the people are greatly misinformed and misdirected.

Numerous false information is being flown around by the APC since the inception of the  campaign And if truth be told "the APC building is a foundation of lies". They have grown in size and numbers, they multiplied in quality and quantity, they have done so by welcoming and gratifying all the so called "PDP big boys", all for unmeasured desperation for power coupled with the deceit, indoctrination and brainwash that they can still unleash change with this method applied. Let's not be deceived because that is totally impossible with such contemptuous lies and deceit.

With this approach and so much thug of war of opinion by these political godfathers, we can only retrogress and merry-go-round, you know. Let's join hands and give PDP the next four years to finally implement what the International organizations, CNN, The accountancy firm PwC have termed an improving and fast growing economy.

Transparency International Buhari And OBJ Tenure More Corrupt Than GEJ Tenure 1
The data also showed that GEJ  period has the best corruption perception index since 1979. This is in complete contrast to what the opposition including Obasanjo, has been saying in the media about corruption during the last 5 years,
Shockingly, according to the TI data, Obasanjo’s first tenure had the worst corruption during the 35  year period.
Here is a graph showing the corruption perception index for the 35 year period.
Transparency International Buhari And OBJ Tenure More Corrupt Than GEJ Tenure 2
The TI corruption perception index is a rating of countries from 1 to 100 showing their corruption scale. A rating of 1 is the worst and and rating of 100 means a country is completely free of corruption. 50 is the pass mark and any country below 50 is considered a corrupt country.

Goodluck Jonathan's 8th presidential media chat

The president is asked why he thinks the war against Boko Haram can be won in six weeks even though the war had raged for six years. The president said he has just acquired new weapons, and gotten support of neigbhouring countries to fight Boko Haram. He mentioned that Chad waited for African Union approval, which they recently got too. He also mentioned that the issue of security is beyond Boko Haram. The president said it runs into dangerous signals of youth restiveness.

Do you have confidence in Jega to conduct the 2015 elections? The president said he wished Jega was seated by his side to answer the question. One of the interviewers interjected that he (Jega) is watching. He blames his supporters for rumours about Jega's resignation. "I have not told anybody that I will remove Jega," he said. He explained that if there are obvious reasons to remove Jega, he would rely on "constitutional" provisions that gives him powers to sack whoever he appoints.

In the next four weeks Nigerians will see the difference in the security intervention in the North- Jonathan

On Jega: I wish Jega were here, I could have asked him to answer whether I have confidence in him Yes those who called for his sack may be close to me, but they express their own opinion. More than 80 per cent of those who sponsor messages on our behalf we don't even know them. People use the reschedule of election to misinform Nigerians.

I have never thought about removing INEC Chairman, though I have the constitutional power to do so

The level of misinformation, especially from young people is high

"Attempting to attack the president is treasonable offence. The president is protected by soldiers, not just the police. People get carried away and make some provocative statements."

"Those who pelted my convoy during my campaigns in the Northern part of the country were ignorant. If INEC conducts the election poorly, it will be on my head."

The next question is about hate speeches and political violence by both opposition and ruling party members. The president explained that "some people" get carried away by the political play and exude these violence. He blamed aides and associates of key political actors for the hate speeches and political violence. He did not categorically condemn the hate speeches or war threats or politically-motivated violence. "We will make sure things are done so that nobody goes to war," the president said when he pressed for categorical stance on the war threats by ex-millitants should he lose the elections. He argues journalists have responsibility to ensure the unity of the country.

The president is asked why he frequents churches for campaign but never visited mosques. He responded by saying he does not receive invitations from Muslims.

The president is asked if election would hold should the military fails to eliminate Boko Haram in six weeks. The presidents said the new dates are scrosanct and a new president would be sworn in by May 29. He argued that the goal is not to totally eliminate Boko Haram but to make adequate security arrangement for the election.

Questioning moves to the issue of the president's perceived weak support especially as it relates to the missing Chibok girls. "Just give us some times," he said, responding to questions seeking the state of the girls at the moment. The president is optimistic the girls would be rescued with the new military collaboration with neighbouring countries. "I believe the story would be different in a few weeks," the president said. "We would recover them alive." With regards to his weakened political base, the president said "in politics, there are only permanent interests."

The president is asked to clarify his previous comments that "stealing is not corruption" He said he made that statement quoting the former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Dahiru Mustafa, who explained to him that his analysis of corruption cases in Nigeria showed that most of such cases were theft. He argued that referring to stealing as corruption minimizes the crime. "Ole (thief in Yoruba) should be called Ole and given that treatment," the prewsident said. "Let us communicated properly. The word corruption, we have abused it."

"It is not actually my quotation. I quoted the former Chief Justice," as he continues to defend his previous comments on corruption and stealing.

Chibok Girls: I belief the story of Chibok Girls will get better in the next few weeks, but don't quote me. We are working with our neighbours, we will comb the whole of that place Partying after abduction? It's unfortunate that people play politics with the issue of Chibok girls. It's not like that elsewhere. In other countries, political boundaries collapse in the face of terror attacks, not so in Nigeria.

The state of the N1 billion security loan and funds confiscated in South Africa. He said the government have not started disbursing the N1 billion loan. With regards to the .3 million arms money seized in South Africa, he said the money does not belong to Nigeria, technically. He added that the matter was in court.

We have convicted more corrupt people than ever. It is just that Nigerians are confused on what the difference is between stealing and corruption.

The president is asked where he bought arms for the coming onslaught on Boko Haram. He said they managed to get from other sources other than America.

The president is asked if he would hand over if he loses the next election. "If the elections are conducted and I lose, of course, another president would be sworn in," the president said. He argued that Nigeria is more important than any individual.

The president, still answering questions on security said Boko Haram is faceless and factionalized.

The president is asked what he will do differently if he wins. He said most of the problem he had in the past is related to perception and not concrete. He did not really say what he would do differently.

The president is asked to comment on his opponent for the 2015 general election. The preaident responded it was an unfair question. He however mentioned that he has recieved more criticism that Muhammadu Buhari on social media.

The president is asked if he has confidence in INEC as presidently constituted. He answered sayimg he appointed everyone at the management level of INEC.

In his closing remarks, the presaident assured Nigerians that elections would be conducted and a new president sworn in on May 29. He argued that it is better for INEC to conduct an election eberyone woukd be happy with.

PLEASE,WHO IS CORRUPT ?

JONATHAN'S GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT -THEY WANT CHANGE

1. Obasanjo’s government spent $16bn for power, and only achieved to change the name of NEPA to PHCN, yet some people and Obasanjo says Jonathan’s Government id corrupt.

2. Obasanjo’s government, Olusegun Obasanjo and Atiku Abubakar were involved in a $180m Hallibuton bribery scam that made world news, Yet Obasanjo says Jonathan’s Government is corrupt.

Bola Tinubu and Fashola spent $460 million (N55 billion at 2009 exchange rate of N118/$1) of tax payer’s money in the name of Lekki-Epe Concession Company (LCC) to build a toll gate, and yet taxed Lagosians even after claiming to buy back the concession, for using the road with no records, Yet Tinubu, Fashola and Obasanjo says Jonathan is corrupt.

6. Buhari delegated all powers to Afri-Project Consortium (APC), a consulting firm owned by his Wife’s brother, which allowed his In-law’s firm to Initiate all projects for the PTF, Approve all projects for the PTF and Execute all projects for the PTF. APC was able to make away with N25, 758,532,444 (Twenty-five billion, seven hundred and fifty-eight million, five hundred and thirty-two thousand, four hundred and fourty-four Naira).
